This natural wine follows the very traditional model of the 'field blend'. The varieties grown side-by-side are picked together, such that this becomes a cuvée of the vineyard itself. These vines enjoy a landscape of biodiversity, surrounded by fruit trees and interplanted with a variety of herbs and grasses which provide a variety of benefits.
45% Riesling + 20% Pinot Blanc fermented in stainless steel vats. 35% tramin, pinot gris, sauvignon, riesling 14 days macerated on skins.
The result is a refreshing and light (10.5%) wine, yet one with presence and character. Fine acidity is balanced by a full palate and a sweet sensation on the finish. Serve chilled (8c-10c).
